Who these terms cover
Every person who joins the Lab membership, buys the Blueprint, or uses any part of this site agrees to these terms. The site and offers are operated by Zion Boggan under the name The Governed Agent Lab.
What you are buying
Lab membership
A monthly subscription to the community and curriculum: complete builds with published cost totals, live demonstrations, and a free tier that is genuinely free. Membership gives you access to the material while your subscription is active. It does not transfer ownership of the material to you.
Revenue Leak Blueprint
A fixed professional service at USD $2,500. Over one to two weeks we map one costly business problem using records and decisions you supply. The deliverable covers starting numbers, the leak, the payback test, target numbers, a definition of done, a proposed build, and a fixed quote. It is analysis and a plan. No live automation or production system is included; a later build requires a separate written scope.
Blueprint checkout only opens after a fit call and an explicit approval. Your workspace uses the exact email you checked out with, and that email cannot be changed after payment.
Demos use fictional businesses
Our demonstration properties, walkthroughs, and sample funnels run on invented businesses: Copper Cactus, the Sonoran Gathering Hall, and others like them. They are labeled as samples. Every number shown in a demo illustrates how the method works. It is not a client result, not a forecast, and not a promise of what you will get. When we show real results, they come from named, verifiable sources: public repositories or published ledgers, linked where claimed.
No outcome guarantees unless it is in writing
We do not guarantee income, revenue, bookings, leads, response times, or any other business outcome from either product, unless a specific guarantee appears in a written agreement signed by both sides. Marketing pages describe the method and show evidence for past work. They are not promises about your future results. Nothing in this site, the community, or any call is legal, financial, tax, or investment advice.
Pricing and tiers
The membership has published fixed tiers. Which tier you pay is decided by one test: the country your card was issued in. Not your IP address, VPN exit node, or mailing address. The card issuer decides.
| Tier | Price | Card issued in |
|---|---|---|
| Founding Member | $99/mo, rate locked forever for cohort 1 | High-income economies |
| Regional | $49/mo, same lock | Upper-middle-income economies |
| Access | $25/mo, same lock | Lower-middle- and low-income economies |
| Student | 50% off whichever band applies | Verified students (.edu or national equivalent) |
| Pay What Works | $5 to $24/mo, you pick | Anyone who needs it, no documents required |
- Your founding rate never rises, whatever tier you joined at.
- Upgrades are prorated: unused days of your current month credit against the new price automatically.
- Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. No partial-month refund math, ever.
- Moved countries? One tier correction per 12 months, on request, no interrogation.
- One account per person. Sharing logins voids the rate lock for that account.
All prices are in US dollars. Payment runs through hosted checkouts (Skool for memberships, Stripe for the Blueprint). We never see or store your card number.
Tier gaming
Buying through a tier you do not qualify for is grounds for cancellation without refund of months consumed, at our discretion. We would rather lose the money than run audits, so honest mistakes are fixed by moving you to the right tier going forward, not punished retroactively.
What we ask of members
- Do not share account credentials or resell access.
- Do not scrape, bulk-download, or redistribute the curriculum or community content.
- Do not submit other people's contact lists or information you have no right to use, especially in the Blueprint application.
- Treat other members the way the community rules describe. Repeated violations end your membership without refund of months consumed.
Cancellation and refunds
Refund rules per product are short and published in full on the refunds page. In summary: memberships can be canceled anytime and run to the end of the paid month; the Blueprint has a full-refund window that closes when scheduled work begins; tier-gaming months are not refunded.
Access ending
If a membership ends by cancellation or non-payment, access ends when the paid period ends. If a Blueprint is fully refunded or a payment dispute is confirmed, the private workspace access is revoked. Partial refunds pause automatically for human review so access is never removed by mistake.
Ownership
The curriculum, frameworks, build walkthroughs, and site content belong to us. You keep full ownership of your business data, your records, and anything you build using what you learned. If you buy the Blueprint, the deliverable is yours to act on; our underlying frameworks remain ours.
Liability, stated simply
To the maximum extent the law allows: the products are provided as-is, our total liability to you is capped at what you actually paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect damages like lost profits or lost business opportunities. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be removed under your local consumer law.
Changes to these terms
We post updates on this page with a new date. Material changes to pricing or refunds will also be announced to active members by email before they take effect. Your founding rate lock survives every version of these terms.
