Cancel anytime. Self-serve from your account or by one email. No exit interviews, no retention scripts.
No partial-month refunds, ever. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep full access through the month you already paid for. We do not do prorated refund math in either direction.
Your rate lock survives cancellation. Founding members who come back return at their locked founding price.
Upgrades are prorated as credit: unused days of the current month apply automatically against the new tier. That is credit toward more service, not cash back.

Tier gaming: no refunds

Your membership tier is set by the country your card was issued in. Buying through a tier you do not qualify for is grounds for cancellation without refund of months consumed, at our discretion.

Honest mistakes are not punished retroactively: if you picked the wrong tier, we move you to the right one going forward and leave your months alone. Moved countries for real? One tier correction per 12 months, on request, no interrogation. The card issuer's country is always the test, so edge cases resolve themselves at checkout.

Revenue Leak Blueprint ($2,500 fixed)

The Blueprint is a fixed professional service with a defined deliverable, and its refund window closes when work starts:

Before scheduled work begins: ask in writing before the agreed starting-point workshop begins. If no Blueprint work has started and no delivery time has been reserved under a signed agreement, you get the full $2,500 back.
After work begins: the signed agreement controls payment for work completed and time reserved. If a delivered Blueprint does not match its written definition of done, we correct it.
The Blueprint fee credits forward: the $2,500 counts toward an accepted build when that build starts within 30 days, under the terms of the later written scope.
Refunds and disputes close the workspace. A confirmed full refund or payment dispute revokes private workspace access. A partial refund pauses automatically for human review, so access is never removed by mistake.
Changes to scope need writing. Work outside the agreed Blueprint problem requires a new written agreement.

The guarantee that does not exist yet

There is no outcome-tied guarantee today. Nothing on this site promises income, revenue, bookings, leads, or any business result, and no refund here is conditioned on results. A flagship program with an outcome-tied guarantee is planned for the future. When it launches, its guarantee will be written into these pages before it appears anywhere in marketing. Until that date: assume no outcome guarantee exists, because it does not.

This page is the honest boundary. Anyone promising guaranteed results with a hostile or hidden refund policy is selling the opposite trade: all risk on you, stated nowhere.

How to ask

Email support@zionclickcreate.com with the business name and checkout email. Refund requests are answered within two business days. Approved refunds return to the original payment method through Stripe. Never send card details by email.
