The Governed Agent Lab

Zion Boggan

I run AI agents on infrastructure I own, and I publish the receipts. This page tells you who I am and how to check whether anything I say is true.

By trade I am a governance, risk and compliance professional in information security. I assess controls for a living: what was claimed, what can be proven, where the two drift apart. That job trained the habit this whole operation runs on.

Outside that job I build and operate an agent fleet on hardware in my own home lab: a Proxmox node running isolated containers for orchestration, retrieval and agent coordination, a separate GPU box for compute, and voice agents that place real phone calls end to end. Nothing you see demonstrated is a mockup running on someone else's staging server. If my agent calls you, it called from my rack.

The receipts culture

One rule governs every number I publish: it has to trace to something you can open. Not a screenshot, not a rounded-up claim. A repository, or a ledger with its sources listed next to the values.

What this is, commercially

Two things. A membership community, the Governed Agent Lab, where practitioners learn to build agent fleets that report truthfully, priced at published fixed tiers with regional pricing instead of hidden coupons. And a done-for-you service for business owners, the Revenue Leak Blueprint, a fixed $2,500 engagement that maps where paid leads and revenue leak out of a business, approval-gated so nobody reaches checkout who should not be there.

No countdown timers. No fake discounts. No staged income screenshots. When the founding price rises, the date gets published first and honored exactly.

What I will not tell you

I will not promise you income, bookings, or outcomes, because that would be a lie dressed as marketing. There is no outcome-tied guarantee yet. If one ever exists, it will be written into the terms before it appears anywhere else. What I can show you is evidence: working systems, their costs, their failure modes, and the discipline that keeps them honest.
